Temporary occupation permits (AOT)

  • Opinions L. 2122-1-3 CG3P by which Paris La Défense makes public the factual and legal considerations that led it to conclude AOTs without prior procedure;
  • The "Tarn-et-Garonne" signature notices which are published following the signature of an AOT and which mark the starting point of the two-month period for appeal against an AOT;
  • Notices allowing the expression of a competing interest, concluded after spontaneous expression by a project leader pursuant to Article L2122-1-4 of the CG3P.
