Sense

Sense

Located in the Bellini district of Puteaux, the Sense project replaces the emblematic Norma tower.

The building is more modern. The architects have played with materials, light and shadow and transparency. The facades are treated in a unified manner with a combination of vertical white polished concrete and horizontal, alternating white lacquered glass and transparent glazing.

Sense offers 19,000 square meters of office space and services on seven floors, as well as a mezzanine that can accommodate up to 1,580 people.

Inside, the building houses a large RIE, a coffee shop, an auditorium and a corporate concierge.

Sense also has a surprising interior courtyard where a succession of cascading terraces of approximately 1,400 m² overlook the central patio.
