A mixed-use development

The Jardins de l'Arche tower project, developed by ADIM and OCEANIS within the Seine-Arche mixed-use development zone in Nanterre, is a 62,000 m² mixed-use tower located on land bordered by the Paris La Défense Arena, the Hôtel Départemental des Hauts-de-Seine, the Boulevard de La Défense and the Neuilly-sur-Seine cemetery. The 206-metre tower's strong mixed-use character is a key feature of the project, as is its openness to the public via spaces accessible from the base and top (gym, swimming pool, restaurant, skybar and public belvedere).

Bold architecture

The tower is made up of 5 staggered horizontal blocks creating terraces planted with fresh air and landings marking the transition between uses. At the top, a belvedere open to the public free of charge will offer a panoramic view of Paris and its historic axis.

The flats will be furnished and equipped, with no fixed-term commitment. There will be large shared spaces with integrated innovative services (coworking spaces, catering areas, cafés, collaborative kitchens, gym, cinema room, video games room, etc.). There will be a variety of accommodation options: hut dormitories, coliving (for 2, 3 or 4 people), studio and T2 apartments, and nested rooms.
