The Nouvelle Vague program is strategically located at the foot of the Paris La Défense Arena and the future RER E station. Perfectly integrated with the two Origine buildings, this residential building offers its residents comfort and a "green" living environment in a lively neighborhood. This ten-story residence with planted facades offers 145 two- to five-room duplex apartments, with shops and a daycare center on the first floor. The elegant, warm interiors are made of noble materials. They emphasize generous spaces, the circulation of light and the functionality of a hyper-connected and sustainable habitat. The residence has received three awards for its energy and environmental performance: RT 2012 (Cep -10%, Bbio -20%), NF Habitat HQE Very High Performance and the Biosourced building label. The private outdoor spaces are varied: terraces, balconies and loggias. At the heart of the block, the unobstructed view overlooks the planted garden of the crèche. With such assets, Nouvelle Vague has easily seduced buyers looking for first-class properties.

The program includes 10,000 sq.m of housing:.

  • 78 housing units for sale, or 5,580 sq.m of floor space;
  • 67 social rental units, or 4,575 sq.m. of floor area;
  • 1 private crèche, i.e. 454 sq.m of floor area;
  • 1 commercial space on the first floor of the building, i.e. 269 sq.m. GFA.

The facade on the street is composed of a double skin in perforated metal cassettes. The rear facade is set back from the first floor and offers the apartments large terraces. In addition, Origine offers a commercial space at the foot of the building.

A word about the architects:

Founded in 2006, the agency brings together some twenty collaborators with strong skills and personalities. Maud Caubet Architects takes an instinctive approach, bringing small and large scale to the same level in the conception of its projects by taking care to weave links between architecture, design and the landscape in which they are located. Concerned with responding to a wide range of issues, the agency works on both construction and renovation projects, as well as on programs offering a mix of uses, housing, offices, hotels or public facilities. The agency is at the origin of several projects such as the headquarters of Technip, the Origine project in Nanterre 92 (Icade), the headquarters of L'Oréal France in Levallois- Perret, the RTE headquarters, the Initiale tower (Bellini) in La Défense 92 or the cultural center and place dedicated to early childhood in Pantin.
