Developed under the project management of Gecina and designed in collaboration with the Ateliers Jean Nouvel, this residence of more than 400 units (390 studios, 12 two-room apartments and 1 unit dedicated to on-site staff) opened at the start of the 2018 academic year. It offers a varied rental offer from studios to shared apartments, with a range of services specifically adapted to students' needs: lounge, cafeteria, laundry, gym, etc.
The Campuséa student residence is part of the Rose de Cherbourg urban project, which aims to rebuild links between the business district and the town of Puteaux by giving more space to soft mobility, in particular through the transformation of the Rose de Cherbourg interchange into a suspended walkway. The Campuséa student residence, designed by Atelier Jean Nouvel, has around 400 rooms and numerous services.
