Located in Nanterre at the crossroads of the business district, the Terrasses, the Jardins de l'Arche and Puteaux, the Altana project strengthens the housing offer developed in this sector. This program, led by Nacarat and designed by Christophe Ouhayoun of KOZ Architects, offers 128 mixed-use housing units, ranging from studios to five-room apartments. This project is made up of 2 apartment buildings:
- a 10-storey building of 55 housing units intended for social housing ICF La sablière ;
- A 14-storey building of 73 housing units in free access.
A sector undergoing major changes.
The Altana project is fully involved in the requalification of the entire Croissant- district, led and financed by Paris La Défense. Built on the site of the car parks demolished at the beginning of 2017, located along Boulevard de Pesaro in Nanterre, these homes will be lined with generous public spaces designed by the Berlin agency Topotek. They will be equipped with sporty and fun street furniture, the project of which was carried out in consultation with the inhabitants and will allow a better appropriation of the public space.
In order to meet the city's environmental challenges, the new link developed by Paris La Défense between the La Défense business district and the Parc André Malraux, whose accesses will be rehabilitated, will reinforce the green network surrounding La Défense as well as the blue network, which ensures better management of rainwater and makes it possible to combat the risk of flooding.
