Paris La Défense satisfaction survey from October 16 to November 13, 2023

Your opinion counts ! As it has every year since 2013, Paris La Défense is conducting an opinion barometer to measure your satisfaction and gather your expectations. The public establishment is working with the Viavoice research and polling institute to carry out this survey, open until November 13, 2023.

Environment, accessibility, services, cleanliness, safety, events... The questions cover a wide range of subjects that concern you on a daily basis, and on which we would like to gather your valuable opinions !

Your participation is important, as it will enable us to measure the effectiveness of Paris La Défense's actions, as well as the scope for progress in meeting all expectations.

Are you an employee, resident, student or business tourist ? You are all invited to take part in the survey, whose questions are based on the reason for your presence in the area.

Once the results have been processed anonymously, the public institution will draw the necessary conclusions for improvement based on your targeted responses. It's you who will guide our actions over the coming year !
