**The associations of Paris La Défense need you! Come and discover the volunteer missions offered by the Maison de l'Amitié and the restaurant La Salle à Manger through the testimonies of many volunteers.

Employees, students or residents, you all have the opportunity to help those who need it most, by giving a few hours of your time as a volunteer! And to ensure its smooth operation, La Salle à Manger, a neighborhood restaurant, is looking for new volunteers to get involved from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. Reception, cashiering, service in the dining room, preparation or service in the kitchen, there is something for everyone!

And if La Salle à Manger's hours don't suit you, the Maison de l'Amitié is also looking for volunteers, this time outside of the lunch break! We have several slots available between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm to serve coffee, take showers, and help with luggage.
