The 5th edition of Les Extatiques from June 22 to October 2, 2022

**The contemporary art exhibition Les Extatiques is back on the esplanade of La Défense and in the gardens of the Seine Musicale around the theme of life. An extraordinary artistic journey, between the visual and the sensory, and an event not to be missed by all those curious about art.

"Art is an irreplaceable way to make people aware of things", thinks David Moinard, artistic director of this new edition of Les Extatiques.
This year, it is the question of life and nature that will be at the heart of the exhibition, with a real place of life reconstituted in a dynamic path composed of existing works and new creations exclusive for the event ... Even the communication posters are a work of art!

On the program? Awareness of the light spectrum, the depths of geology, invisible animals... All magnified by the wise eye of 12 artists who install their creations on the esplanade of La Défense, from the Takis basin to the Agam basin and in the gardens of La Seine Musicale to offer an unusual wander to the public.
This small creative path makes us see the planet in a different way, far from the anxious information, and it is a real dialogue that is created, in a place conducive to meetings and speech. The question of the environment can be frightening, but here, it is a discovery of nature under another eye which is delivered to you. Timeless drawings in a totally digital era, so that art remains in all its forms.
