Opera Carmen in the heart of the Ile de Puteaux on Sunday, May 15, 2022

**For the first time in Puteaux, 90 singers from the Maîtrise des Hauts-de-Seine will bring the lyrical art to the heart of the Parc Lebaudy on the Ile de Puteaux with the most performed French opera in the world: Carmen, Georges Bizet's masterpiece.

A first for the City of Puteaux and a beautiful event supported by the Conseil départemental des Hauts-de-Seine, to be experienced in the middle of the roses of the Parc Lebaudy, which will bring together young lyrical artists (some of whom are from the Unikanti choir) and will make known this art, often considered inaccessible to the general public.
In the midst of the roses, come and listen to, enjoy and admire 90 opera singers from 10 to 30 years old who bring back to life the most performed French opera in the world!
The older singers come from the Unikanti choir, which allows children who have become teenagers to continue their lyrical training and to offer us exceptional moments. Under the direction of choirmaster Gaël Darchen, the Maîtrise des Hauts-de-Seine invites us to a summer musical adventure to the sound of its pure and crystalline voices.
