Perspective
Mixed-use project comprising 88 housing units, 1,724 m² of office space and 705 m² of retail space on the first floor. The Flora project is designed in CLT solid wood structure (low-carbon construction).
Work began in December 2022. Next stage: handover in the second quarter of 2024.
Construction schedule:
- Groundbreaking: December 2021
- Foundations: February 2022
- Infrastructure (parking levels): end of April 2022
- Structural work: end of timber structure April 2023
- Secondary trades (interior) : January 2024
- Delivery: 2nd quarter 2024
