A mobility survey of employees in the La Défense business district

MAV mobility survey of the Ile-de-France Region

From March 13 to 31, 2023, the Ile-de-France Region is inviting the region's employees to participate in a survey to find out more about their mobility habits!

The Île-de-France Region, in partnership with Île-de-France Mobilités, the Paris-La Défense public establishment, the SNCF, the RATP and the State, are launching a major survey of La Défense employees. On a daily basis, more than 180,000 employees use the business district. Since the health crisis, mobility behaviors have changed a lot: telecommuting, carpooling, development of active modes of transportation (bike, scooter, walking)...

This survey, which will not take more than 5 minutes, will allow us to better understand your current mobility practices and your access conditions to the site.

What are the objectives of this survey?

The Ile-de-France Region is pursuing a triple objective:

  • To gather information on the mobility practices of employees in the business district
  • Identify whether employees are aware of the peak hour smoothing approach
  • Identify the flexibility of employees regarding their arrival times on site

Your answers will be anonymous. The data will then be collected by the Ile-de-France Region and used to gain a better understanding of the travel habits of the region's inhabitants.

The results will be presented to a technical committee in April and distributed to companies and employees in May.
