Table Square: the last restaurant in the complex, Les 3 Brasseurs opens its doors
**Les 3 Brasseurs, the seventh and latest addition to Table Square, most of whose restaurants opened last year, has arrived in Paris La Défense. On the menu: beer brewed on site and recipes inspired by Flanders' cuisine. What a good time!
A brewer-restaurateur concept, since 1986
The story of the 3 brewers does not date from yesterday. It began in Lille, 35 years ago, when 3 friends decided to open their own micro-brewery. Their ambition is to produce a quality beer brewed on the spot, in the heart of their restaurant. The cuisine, designed to match this brewing know-how, is composed of dishes from Flanders. All served in a typical northern atmosphere.
Since then, the number of restaurants has grown steadily, with more than 40 locations in France, but also restaurants in Canada and Brazil.

With a capacity of 300 seats, the restaurant has the particularity of being located lower than the level of the slab, but benefits from a huge luminous glass roof which contributes to its atmosphere and charm and gives a new view of the surrounding towers.
It offers home-made food and beers made in Paris La Défense!
As for the cuisine, it is authentic, gourmet and generous, in the spirit of the old brasseries. From simple dishes such as hamburgers, flammekueches, grilled meats and salads, the menu also offers "must-haves" from the North (and not only from the North of France), such as carbonnade or welsh, not forgetting the traditional sauerkraut, and, as a bonus, poutine.
As for the beers, they are brewed on the spot by Ghani, the restaurant's brewer. 6 types are offered: blonde, white, amber, brown, red and IPA. Following the "craft beer" trend, which consists of brewing new beers on a regular basis, Ghani produces a different creation every month.
