After a two-year hiatus, MIPIM, the world's leading real estate event, is back in its traditional format. Paris La Défense and its partners look forward to seeing you in Cannes from March 15 to 18, 2022, under the United Grand Paris banner.
For four days each year, MIPIM brings together the most influential private and public players in all real estate sectors, both French and international, for the industry’s foremost business event.
This year’s exhibition promises to be particularly memorable for Paris La Défense, featuring an exclusive presentation of Empreintes, a call for low-carbon mixed-use urban projects on five lots within the business district. The area’s new projects will also figure prominently. One such initiative, Odyssey, will be presented at a conference with speakers including Jeanne Gang, one of the three architects behind the real estate complex.

Continuing its metamorphosis, this site will become a new mixed-use destination and home to Hekla Tower, designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, as of summer 2022.

Odyssey is establishing a new standard for diversification and hybridization of uses, as well as pooling of experiences. In this future neighborhood, open 24/7/365, Cro&Co Architecture, CroMe Studio and Studio Gang, for the first time in Paris La Défense and Europe, came together to create three buildings around a public square. Spanning 140,000 m², the program is open to all as a place to live, work, meet and unwind.

The Link (Total Energies HQ), designed by PCA Stream projects the office building into a new era. Groupama Real Estate has put the quality of work at the heart of its concept to create a walkable, especially designed to increase human interaction.
