The Latitude building is pre-commercialised!

Générale Continentale Investissements (GCI) has just pre-commercialised the entire Latitude building to Sopra Steria, one of Europe's leading consulting, digital services and software publishers.

The future 22,000 sq. m. complex of new offices and services, developed in partnership with Benson Elliot, Alberta Investment Management Corporation and Twenty First Capital, will be delivered in May 2021. GCI pre-commercialised the office and services space to Sopra Steria almost nine months before delivery.

Under a firm nine-year lease, Sopra Steria will benefit from being the sole tenant of the Latitude building. Latitude will therefore house the management of the digital services company's French division, as well as several operational and functional entities located in the Paris Region, bringing together nearly 2,000 employees!

A strong signal for Georges Siffredi, Chairman of the Hauts-de-Seine and Paris La Défense Department, who comments : " The marketing of the entire building is first and foremost a symbol of maintaining the attractiveness of the business district: Paris La Défense is attracting companies and the efforts made to transform it, bring it to life and make it ever more lively are strengthening its leadership. This marketing also illustrates the increasingly strong role that company headquarters will play in the years to come. ».
