Wearing a mask is now mandatory throughout the department.

Given the evolution of the epidemic situation in the department, the Hauts-de-Seine prefecture has decided to strengthen prevention measures in the department. Thus, as of Friday, August 28, 2020, 8:00 am, the wearing of protective masks is made compulsory for people aged eleven and over, on all public roads and in all places open to the public.

While the Coronavirus epidemic is experiencing a rebound in France, and all departments of the Ile-de-France are now placed in the "red zone", measures are increasing to curb the spread of the virus on the territory. Wearing a mask is now mandatory for all pedestrians in public areas, users of bicycles, motorcycles, scooters and other personal mobility devices, motorized or not. Users circulating inside motor vehicles will be exempted from this obligation.

Any offender will be subject to a fine of 135€.
