This year, we stop feeling guilty and enjoy ourselves! Discover our first top 5 of the new chef brands to be discovered in 2020. Yummy!

For 2020, Paris La Défense is renewing its catering offer with Table Square. These three pavilions emerging on the forecourt will host a diverse range of gastronomic, bistronomic and food-to-go restaurants. Employees, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy fine cuisine and dishes, each more delicious than the last. For the occasion, we have selected five addresses to be discovered urgently in 2020!

Akrame Benallal - The Winning Recipe

The young chef Akrame Benallal, restaurateur in Paris and Hong Kong, will open "The Table", an exceptional brasserie offering French and European cuisine. A small peculiarity, at Akrame's, you don't choose what you eat since the chef concocts a unique menu every day. You'll have to let yourself be guided according to your desires and the season's arrivals. The waiter will of course ask you if you are intolerant to certain foods. A luxury for allergy sufferers who are used to turning back by consulting the menu, isn't it?

Anne-Sophie Pic - The reference

Anne-Sophie Pic opens the "Daily Pic", a gourmet canteen offering fresh dishes based on seasonal produce. She cultivates her difference by offering a cuisine that reflects her image: a blend of strength, precision and delicacy. Her dishes will be offered in verrines on the model of what she discovered in Valence. If you doubt her talent, know that the chef is the most starred in the world but also in the top 3 of the most influential French personalities on the LinkedIn platform. That's all there is to it!

Olivier Bellin - The perfect technique

Olivier Bellin opens the "Mersea" with the concept: homemade fresh fish in all forms; fish'n chips, burgers, dishes, salads and even soups! Hugo Desnoyer - The Butcher Star

Hugo Desnoyer opens "Grillé", a restaurant where the chef defends the meat he loves with talent and fervour. Here, they offer kebabs that we could call "luxury", but not overpriced! The Rostang Family has opened "Octopus", a modern brewery and cocktail bar, inside the new 2000 m² gourmet space, Oxygen. Equipped with a double terrace of 150 m², the new restaurant of the Rostang and Liquid Corp unveils itself in front of the Takis basin, with a breathtaking view of the historic Parisian axis. On the menu of this new modern and gourmet restaurant, beautiful grilled meats but also fish, seafood and octopus of course!
