And yes, the Food Trucks of Paris La Défense are leaving at the end of the week... but it's to come back next year, from March 9, 2020, with a brand new offer!

Following acall for applications, our teams are working on the pre-selection of the 2020 fleet. From March 9 to December 18, 2020, 20 Food Trucks will be deployed throughout the country to offer you a varied and high-quality world cuisine.

**Our selection criteria

We analyse the applications and pre-select the 30 best Food Trucks applications according to various criteria, such as: the ability to offer quality products at reasonable prices, to reduce waiting times, to propose an original offer or to use short circuits to guarantee the freshness of the food...

**A jury of testers

Between January 20 and 24: To make the final choice of the 20 Food Trucks, Paris La Défense invites you to become a member of the jury of testers composed of residents, employees and students. You will therefore have the great responsibility to taste the candidates' good dishes and other delicacies and then to rate them.
