In the extension of the archipelago, two VINCI programs

At the end of 2021, and in the continuity of the 5 buildings making up the archipelago, two other real estate programs will be set up at the foot of the Paris La Défense Arena along the Boulevard de La Défense :

  • Okko Hotels: approximately 10,000 sq.m., this 4-star hotel will have 184 rooms;
  • In Défense: this 10,000 sq.m. tertiary building will be able to accommodate approximately 650 people.

The calendar

  • October 2019: start of work
  • January 2020: erection of the cranes
  • June 2020: end of infrastructure work
  • Beginning of 2021: end of the shell
  • End of year 2021: delivery
