Within Cœur de Quartier, Versus is a real estate complex designed by Demathieu Bard Immobilier, which relied on the architectural talent of Gaëtan Le Penhuel & Associés and the landscape designer Mugo. Versus consists of 69 housing units, a daycare center with about 20 cribs, and a 200-square-meter facility dedicated to personal services. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Nanterre-University train station and is at the heart of a new lifestyle center comprising offices, shops, housing, leisure facilities, etc., in the extension of the business district.
Its contemporary and dynamic architecture has been designed to fit in perfectly with the buildings bordering the Terrasses. With its wooden facades, balconies and shared garden at the heart of the block, it provides a pleasant and peaceful living environment for its future users.
The Versus residence has also been designed to guarantee its occupants a high level of acoustic comfort thanks to its dual facade design: a "protective mantle" to the north facing the railroad tracks, and facades that are wide open to the sun on the protected and wooded heart of the block. More than a "simple" housing operation, this is an ambitious urban and environmental project, a real place to live offering all the urban amenities in a quality landscaped environment. The objective of this approach is to offer residents a pleasant and safe living environment in the heart of this rapidly developing district of Nanterre.
Cœur de Quartier is an illustration of the development strategy deployed by Paris La Défense in favor of a balanced development of the territory, between residential, tertiary, commercial and service programs.
