Commissioned by Gecina, the Sunside building, formerly known as Pyramidion (part of the same development as Adamas), has been renovated by Axel Schoenert and will be delivered in 2021. The architects restructured the 9,600 m2 to improve the building's facilities and services.

The office floors have been refurbished to provide users with greater comfort and landscaped terraces. The communal areas have also been redeveloped. The building now features a restaurant, more modern and connected landings, and a fitness centre on the top floor with views over La Défense. The renovation of the building's surroundings has simplified access to the lobby.

A word about the architects

Axel Schoenert founded the Franco-German firm Axel Schoenert architectes with interior designer Zsofia Varnagy in Paris in 1999. With a multicultural team, the firm is developing its activities in France and internationally, in the fields of architecture, interior architecture and design. Its priority is to promote an eclectic vision of its work, to emphasise the diversity of its projects and to develop expertise in both new construction and complex renovations. The agency is recognised and awarded for its hotel projects, its innovative office projects with emblematic performance and design, and its coworking projects.
