Presented as "the first charming building" by its developer, Promogim, the Ève Tower is accessible from the Île-de-France building via a footbridge overlooking the public thoroughfare. This makes it one of the most unusual buildings in La Défense, especially since it is one of the few mixed-use buildings in the district. Four floors of offices occupy the levels below the ground floor, which themselves rest on an octagonal base also intended for offices. The other floors are reserved for housing. Housing, the layout of which is partly determined by a framework of dividing walls.
The curved shape of Eve is reminiscent of the Montparnasse tower in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, to which are added spinning balconies.

A word about the architects

First Grand Prix de Rome in 1923, Jean-Baptiste Hourlier began his career by building several school groups in Fontainebleau, Blois and Antony. Architect of the reconstruction of Lorient, he built the church of Saint-Louis.
With Ivan Gury, who is also his son-in-law, Jean-Baptiste Hourlier, he signs, together with Ivan Gury, who is also his son-in-law, Jean-Baptiste Hourlier, several low-rent buildings in the Paris region. At La Défense, the architect was responsible for two buildings, including the Ève Tower.
