At the end of Boulevard Pesaro, Arche en Seine was designed by Ateliers 234, on behalf of Icade-Capri, Vinci Immobilier.

The program, inaugurated on June 14, 2010, includes 84 homes for home ownership (Icade and Vinci), 36 intermediate rental units (SNI and CDC), 39 social housing units (Osica), 1,313 sq.m of shops and businesses and 160 parking spaces.

In April 2008, this project was awarded a Silver Pyramid in the "real estate aesthetics" category by the jury of the competition organised by the Federation of Building Developers.
