Located in the Groues district in Nanterre, Flora is an ecological residence with a low carbon footprint ideally situated in the immediate vicinity of the future Nanterre-La-Folie station, the future RER E station and the L15 metro.

Its 88 flats, ranging from studios to 5-room units, will feature pleasant, generous outdoor spaces including terraces and balconies. Most of the flats are double- or triple-facing to let in as much natural light as possible.

Designed in CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), a natural renewable material, the interiors of Flora will offer a warm and cosy atmosphere with the cachet of exposed wood for all flats from 3 rooms upwards.

In addition to the charm it gives to the interior, wood is a real "well-being" ally in everyday life. A natural material, it purifies the air and, thanks to its hygrometric qualities, ensures that the air is neither too dry nor too humid. As an efficient insulator, wood provides excellent thermal insulation for perfect control of energy costs. It keeps the temperature pleasant in all seasons.

Thanks to the natural insulating properties of wood, reinforced by Woodeum's soundproofing technologies, the flats enjoy a high level of acoustic comfort.

Finally, the Flora building has been designed to minimise its carbon footprint as much as possible, both during construction and use.
