Inspire, an innovative wood-frame building
Located in the Bellini Arago sector, the Inspire building is part of a sector undergoing major change. The building will have seven levels and will offer 22,000 sq.m. of floor space, divided into 2,600 sq.m. floors, and will provide its occupants with 1,500 sq.m. of planted rooftop space and 600 sq.m. of accessible terraces.
The building's surroundings will offer a beautiful 340 sq.m. open space, which will notably allow for the planting of some thirty trees.
With its crown shape, Inspire will have a monumental atrium at its heart. Architect Anthony Béchu wanted to give the building a majestic entrance and a double-height hall designed to be the nerve centre of the building: a place to meet and socialise.
On the ground floor of the building, but independent of its operation, a fitness centre and a brasserie will complete the service offer.
In terms of infrastructure, the building has a mezzanine and two basement levels with a delivery area, 227 car parking spaces, 120 motorbike spaces and a bicycle room.
A controlled carbon footprint
Inspire aims to have a low carbon impact. The building's framework will be made of wood, a material from eco-managed forests whose thermal, hygrometric and acoustic properties are well proven.
The building is aiming for triple environmental certification: HQE Bâtiments Durables, BREEAM and OSMOZ, a certification focused on the living environment. In parallel, two labels are also targeted: the E+C- label with an E2C1 level and the BBC Effinergie label.
