By 2024, Swiss Life France will be moving into the Le Bellini building, a new building designed to combine a range of services and to be part of the NEO (New Work Environment and Organisation) project.

A new head office for Swiss Life France

Close to the Mama Shelter hotel in Puteaux and the Cyber Campus, Le Bellini is part of a rapidly changing area connected to the public transport network. Between now and 2024, all of Swiss Life France's employees in Levallois will move into this brand new building, which will become the group's headquarters in France.

Benefiting from an exceptional visibility on the banks of the Seine and a strong architectural signature, this office building, all mineral and transparent, designed by Franklin Azzi Architecture, will develop more than 18,000 m² of office space comprising 13 floors, terraces and a rooftop. The ground floor will include a vast glass hall, as well as two shops, including a restaurant directly overlooking Rue Bellini and open to the public. In addition, Le Bellini combines a range of services (fitness, company restaurant, bicycle room, etc.) and various outdoor spaces.

Le Bellini has been designed to be built with noble and sustainable materials. On the first levels, the building will consist of a base with a stone cladding. The upper volume is divided into entirely glazed layers.
