The Marechal Leclerc residence is made of a variety of volumes and authors according to the principle of decomposition of the plans. Developed in tiers, it progressively goes from seven to seventeen floors (for a total of 204 units). While draining rainwater, the paneling of the panels creates a play of light and shadow that reinforces the animation given by the rounded shape of the facades.

A word about the architects

The architects in charge of the operation are familiar with La Défense. Daniel Badani was the consulting architect for Epad. Associated since 1946, with Pierre Roux-Dorlut, they both have considerable works to their credit.

Considered one of the most productive duos of the Trente Glorieuses, their works are present all along the monumental axis. They notably designed the underground passages of the Tuileries!
