With the Newton and Balzac buildings, Jean Monnet forms a single operation that is organized around its own interior space. Located on a sloping site, the composition of the volumes was more than delicate. The square that serves it is none other than the roof of the parking levels!

A word about the architect

MBA Architecture, managed by Christian Blanchet never stops listening. From the evolution of practices to the evolution of technologies, MBA Architecture does not forget the history of architecture and the relationship between man and his environment, built or not built.

This firm of three associates seeks an adapted architectural response for each location and each program. It is a question of taking into account not only the place, but also its history, its relationship to the urban and socio-cultural environment.
