Balcons de l'Arche

The "Les Balcons de l'Arche" residence, built by BNP Paribas Immobilier and the Nanterre Municipal Housing Office, was designed by LLTR architectes.

Delivered in June 2011, the "Les Balcons de l'Arche" residence is part of the Paris La Défense development project at the heart of the Terrasses sequence located near the Grande Arche. "Les Balcons de l'Arche" is part of a rapidly developing area with a mixed offer of housing, shops, offices, facilities and a dense communication network (A86, A14, RER).

Located at 625 Terrasses de l'Arche in Nanterre, the "Les Balcons de l'Arche" residence includes 126 freehold homes and 58 social housing units sold to the Nanterre OPHLM.

1,500 sq.m. of shops are also included in the program. The entire project has been the subject of an ambitious environmental approach with the "Habitat et Environnement" label awarded by CERQUAL.
