Although delivered three years after the Egée Tower facing it, the Adria Tower is its twin sister. The triangular design, flanked by a trapezoid at the back, is identical, as is the surface area and height. Only the exterior treatment has been modified. The originally intended white has been replaced by a darker stone. The Egée and Adria thus form a gigantic doorway whose layout, on either side of the central mall of the Faubourd de l'Arche, gives sufficient view of the Grande Arche, the CNIT and the esplanade. The sobriety of the building is tempered by the presence of sculptures by Igor Mitoraj at its base.

A word about the architects

It was in 1995 that the Agence Conceptua, born of the association Michel Andrault (1926) - Nicolas Ayoub, joined La Défense. The two architects, one a tenor of the French architectural scene known for having signed several master plans for the business district and the other, co-signatory of the Société Générale towers in 1995, launched their first project: the KPMG building (today Le Belvédère).

They then concentrated on the main buildings of the Faubourg de l'Arche: the Cèdre Tower, the Egée Tower and the Adria Tower.
