The Neoness La Défense-Grande Arche gym is located in the Passage de l'Arche, on level -1. It features several training areas covering more than 1,400 m², where you'll find treadmills, elliptical bikes, rowing machines, semi-recumbent bikes and much more:

• An immersive space specially designed for weight training, with a range of state-of-the-art equipment;
• A cardio area with 55 top-of-the-range machines;
• A weight-training platform with 68 machines (squat cages, bench press, leg press, etc.);
• A floor area equipped with mats and small muscle-strengthening/stretching equipment (Kettle Bell, gym ball, etc.).

At Neoness, 250 qualified sports coaches are on hand to help you achieve your goals, during classes or on the floors every evening from 6pm. Training groups are held several times a week, so you can let off steam with cardio, sculpt yourself with strength training or recharge your batteries with wellness classes.
