The Neoness La Défense-Grande Arche gym is located in the passage de l'Arche, on level -1. It gathers on 1 400 m² several training areas. You can find treadmills, elliptical bikes, rowing machines, semi-recumbent bikes and much more. The floor area will allow you to practice muscle strengthening and stretching sessions. Neoness La Défense-Grande Arche also offers group classes in boxing, yoga or pilates and training sessions with a certified sports coach.

Opening hours and days: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 10 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm
