The Keepcool gym is located at the foot of the Ariane tower, just a few meters from the Place de la Défense. Open every day, the gym is composed of different areas for sportsmen and women:

• Cardio area
• Strengthening area
• Studio for classes
• Stretching area for stretching Keepcool La Défense Ariane also offers four studios:
• Bike studio
• Elliptical studio
• Gym studio
• Trek studio A discovery session can be offered before subscribing to a membership.

Opening hours and days: Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 10 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm
