Located in the heart of Europe's leading business district, CB21 is one of the most emblematic towers of Paris La Défense. As part of the Renovation Plan, the CB21 Tower was inaugurated in July 2010. At the foot of the Esplanade de La Défense metro station, the 78,000 sq.m. Tower is 188 m high and spans 41 floors. An attractive, multi-functional 78,000 sq.m building with double access, work areas with an unobstructed view of Paris La Défense and the Arc de Triomphe, a diversified range of services and 1,500 sq.m of unique green spaces.

The renewal of common areas

Covivio is currently revitalizing the common areas of the CB21 Tower to achieve the highest standards of service. The interior architecture by Saguez & Partners is designed in the spirit of New York's grand hotels, with its modern and uncluttered style. Reception halls offering waiting areas and informal exchanges; connected, open and reversible restaurants and cafeteria; a fitness area for exercising and relaxing.

Designed by Harrison & Abramovitz, the CB21 Tower is characterized by its cruciform section and its structure combining a reinforced concrete core and metal floors. It is also staged through different plays of volumes, lights and transparencies.
