Opening up perspectives, broadening horizons

The Pascal Towers real estate complex, located on the Place des Degrés, is ideally situated in the immediate vicinity of the Rose de Cherbourg. This large-scale urban project includes the redevelopment of the ring of the Boulevard Circulaire into a suspended green promenade inspired by the New York High Line, as well as new links between the city of Puteaux, La Défense and Westfield Les 4 temps. Initially consisting of two office towers, it is being transformed into a single complex called "Landscape". The restructuring project consisted of raising the building, building the gap between the two initial towers, creating a retail space, redesigning the lobby and improving the building's energy performance.

Landscape benefits from optimal accessibility, just a stone's throw from the Grande Arche and accessible via the La Défense forecourt, a two-minute walk from the RER and metro, and 10 minutes from the center of Paris. Landscape also benefits from a VIP service and 435 parking spaces.

An ambitious architectural challenge

From the inside, Landscape opens up perspectives to offer all its occupants an outward-looking living and working experience. Everyone, without distinction, will benefit from natural light at their workstation. Landscape integrates a complete and innovative range of services (new generation business center, various restaurant spaces, gym, full service concierge service, wellness area, community library, vegetable garden), and thus adapts to the latest environmental standards. With its ten facades and as many angles of view, the new complex sublimates the natural light in a 360° vision. Thanks to its exceptionally large floor plates, it pushes back the limits of space and embodies the horizontality of our new ways of being and working. Physical and symbolic barriers fall away and give way to the experience of total comfort. Did you know?

The architect Dominique Perrault imagined a 20 cm envelope to cover the building's facade and a second skin with high thermal performance. Hundreds of glass scales and silver threads develop an aesthetic that sublimates the facade with their shimmering. They also provide great comfort to its occupants, since they allow the windows to be opened and work with natural ventilation.
